ReplyAgain Privacy Policy

Effective 1 November 2026. ReplyAgain is a snippet and clipboard utility for macOS and iPhone, made by Chee Siang Tee (MySgProp).

What ReplyAgain collects

Nothing. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDK. ReplyAgain does not send anything to us.

Where your data lives

Snippets, clips and attachments are stored on your device. If you choose a shared folder (iCloud Drive, Dropbox or Google Drive), ReplyAgain writes them there so your own devices see the same library. That folder is controlled by you and your cloud provider; their terms and privacy policy apply to it. We have no access to it.

Clipboard

The Mac app reads the clipboard only when you open the clipboard picker or ask to save the clipboard. The iPhone app reads it only when you tap paste or save a clip. Clips stay on your device, and in your chosen folder if you use one. iOS does not allow background clipboard reading.

Permissions on the Mac

These are used only for text expansion. You can revoke them at any time in System Settings › Privacy & Security. Expansion then stops; the rest of the app keeps working.

On the iPhone

The keyboard asks for Full Access because iOS gives a keyboard no access to its app's shared container without it, and the snippets live there. It is used to read the snippet list and nothing else; the app has no network code.

Apple

If you install ReplyAgain from the App Store, Apple may collect crash and usage information as described in Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive personal data from Apple.

Children

ReplyAgain is not directed at children and collects no personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
